These Terms of Service govern the use of the external authentication service available at https://service2.qrauth.it (the “Service”), used in conjunction with the WordPress plugin “QrAuth”.

Description of the Service

The Service enables secure QR code-based authentication for WordPress websites. It allows:

  • Registration of a WordPress user via their internal wp_users.ID
  • Decryption and validation of login data generated by the official QrAuth mobile app
  • Verification of the domain and identity of the requesting site

Data Collected and Processed

The Service receives and processes the following data:

  • WordPress user ID (wp_users.ID)
  • Encrypted login payload from the QrAuth app
  • A unique plugin/site identification code
  • DNS/domain name of the requesting server

No usernames, passwords, or personal identifying information (PII) is collected or stored.

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Milan.

Service Access and Availability

The Service is intended for use only in combination with the official QrAuth plugin. Aram S.r.l. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend or terminate access without prior notice for maintenance, abuse, or technical reasons.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service solely for authentication purposes via the QrAuth plugin. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or overload the Service.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Aram S.r.l. shall not be liable for any damages, loss of access, or failure of authentication caused by or related to the use of this Service.

Termination

Aram S.r.l. reserves the right to terminate or limit access to the Service for any user or website at its sole discretion.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via our website or plugin changelog.
